CTET 2023 Exam Overview
The CTET 2023 examination took place on August 20, 2023, and the results are now available for candidates to check. Notably, candidates from the general category are required to achieve a minimum score of 60% to pass the CTET 2023 Exam, as per the official CTET 2023 Notification PDF. Successful candidates will be awarded a CTET Certificate.

The CTET is a national-level teacher eligibility test that is conducted by the CBSE. The test is conducted twice a year, in January and July. Candidates who qualify for the CTET are eligible to apply for teaching jobs in government-aided and government-run schools across India.
The CTET is a two-paper test. Paper I is for candidates who wish to teach primary school (classes 1-5), and Paper II is for candidates who wish to teach upper primary school (classes 6-8). The minimum qualifying mark for the CTET is 60% for general category candidates and 55% for reserved category candidates.
