High Court of Orissa ASO Recruitment 2024 for 147 Vacancies

Orissa High Court, Cuttack has released an important opportunity for Assistant Section Officer (ASO) posts with 147 vacancies. Interested candidates can submit their applications online from 20 May to 18 June 2024. To be eligible one must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and be between 21 to 32 years of age. The selection process, conducted as per the “Orissa High Court (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Employees) Rules, 2019”, consists of preliminary and main written examination, a computer application test and an oral examination.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or other equivalent qualification. Knowledge of computer applications is necessary.

Age: 

• Candidates should be between 21 and 37 years old as of age as on 14.05.2024.
• Relaxation is available for ST category candidates.
• Women candidates with a disability of 40% to 50% can avail of additional age relaxation.
• Group-“C” and Group-“D” employees of the court may receive a maximum age relaxation of 5 years if they meet the qualifications for the post.

Salary

Selected candidates will enjoy a competitive salary in the pay scale of Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400 in Level-9 of the Pay Matrix under the ORSP Rules, 2013, along with admissible allowances.
